At Vexaris Demo customer satisfaction comes first.

1. Digital Product Refunds

Digital products cannot be returned like physical goods, but you may request a refund in these cases:

• The license key has never been used
• Application within 14 days of purchase
• The product is technically broken and no fix could be provided

3. Refund Process

1. Open a support ticket
2. State your refund reason
3. Our team reviews it within 48 hours
4. If approved, your balance is credited within 3 business days

4. Exceptions

• Custom-made products cannot be refunded.
• No partial refunds on bundle/campaign products.
